Quality Assurance
Centers &
Institutes
CSUF is home to a number of centers and institutes, which address a wide variety of research, service and community needs. The centers and institutes undergo periodic reviews that serve as a reflective process to summarize the centers/ institutes’ accomplishments, and to identify directions of growth and areas of improvement.
The Office of Research and Sponsored Projects provides oversight of the Centers and Institutes.
ONLINE
QUALITY ASSURANCE
CSUF has received funding awards for the CSU’s Quality Assurance Program for Online Courses . This program is designed to support individual campuses’ online course quality assurance efforts by providing resources, professional development, and support to faculty and staff who design, teach, and assess online courses. CSUF utilizes Quality Matters™ , a faculty-centered, peer-review process, as the central framework to explore the quality of online courses and online components.
