Strategic Communications and Brand Management plays an integral role in helping to shape and strengthen the institution’s brand and advance a wide range of institutional objectives.
The office is charged with advancing seven fundamental areas of work:
- Market research
- Strategy development
- Guidance regarding brand messaging, expression, and experiences
- Reputation and issue management
- Stakeholder engagement
- Emergency communications
- Collaborative projects with campus partners
This work is supported by six departmental teams:
- Editorial development
- Graphic design, photography and videography
- Web/app development and email communications
- Brand strategy and project management
- Online and social media engagement
- News media services
